But how do we foster this desire to learn? Don’t we all want to learn? Who ever says, “I really hate learning new things?” Yet, in the midst of searching for security and comfort, I think we often lose sight of what’s important and enter a sort of tunnel vision that can lead to stagnation. After a long day at work, Netflix sounds more seductive than spending one or two hours diving into a book that challenges you to think deeply about what you do and who you are.

“Ye are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.” Matthew 5:14 (NIV). You are designed to be a trailblazer in any field you find yourself. According to Genesis 14:22, our God is the Possessor of heaven and earth. Psalms 24:1 declares that the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. Therefore, you as a believer are a global citizen! Someone of your status however “is not meant to beg to enter any nation of the earth.” Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us; for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree. That the blessing of Abraham might come on the gentiles through faith. Galatians 3:13-14. “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all the peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” Genesis 12:3 (NIV). You are a partaker of the Abrahamic covenant. The implication of which is to be a global blessing! This covenant confers on you global impacts! However, it must be clear that global impacts does not answer to mere confession, it places a huge responsibility on us. Global impact has a global demand.

...And Adam called her the man with a womb; womb-man = woman. So if you don't have a womb you are a man. A woman is a woman because she has a womb and a man is a man because he has no womb.

It is said "Behind every good man is a good woman" that is not biblical. God designed the woman to be in front of the man because the man is the foundation of the human family. He was made first for that purpose. You don't put the foundation on the roof. Now, forget the man thing that you are "the head of the home", you are actually "the bottom of the home". When you want to build a house, you lay the foundation first. When God was going to build the human race, he laid the foundation first, which is the male and the foundation is at the bottom, therefore the man is at the bottom. That's why the bottom is the Chief cornerstone. Head doesn't meet you on top, it meets you on the bottom, you are the Chief cornerstone, you keep the family together, you carry the weight of the whole family...

Whenever you find yourself drowning in self-hate, you have to remind yourself that you weren't born feeling this way.
That at some point in your journey, some person or experience sent you the message that there was something wrong with who you are,

And you internalized those messages and took them on as your truth.
But that hate isn't yours to carry, and those judgements aren't about you.
And in the same way that you learned to think badly of yourself,
You can learn to think new, self-loving and accepting thoughts.
You can learn to challenge those beliefs, take away their power, and reclaim your own.
It won’t be easy, and it won’t happen over night. But it is possible.
And it starts when you decide that there has to be more to life than this pain you feel.
It starts when you decide that you deserve to discover it.
So don’t fear the judgements of others; you know in your heart who you are and what’s true to you.
You don’t have to be perfect to impress people.
Let them be impressed by how you deal with your imperfections.

God has called us for a feast. Whenever you come to a feast, you are fed! God cannot be absent in the feast he put together. It is His banquet so He cannot be absent!
Because He is present, everything is possible, including your own thing. Whenever the Lord of the table is at the table, a feast of miracles is the natural outcome.

"He that spared not his Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?" Romans 8:32. Whatever it is that God can resolve can be dissolved at the table. The presence of God meets every need of man. However, there are three major miracles available at the table.

Love: a strong perfume that diffuses through the blood reins of the heart to the hands that show it. We all have love in our heart. Romans 5:5 but to release it to our world is our responsibility. The RESPONSE of fellows to the love we show, determines whether or not they are going to be our friends and at which cadre of friendship they belong to: acquaintances, friends, close friends, intimate friends, spouse etc. But whether they respond to it or not, they do not become our enemies but need more of it. The love am talking about is the AGAPE LOVE. 1 Corinthians 13: Looking at this chapter of the Bible, we see how God looks at true love...as NOT A FEELING, but a decision, a choice. Overcoming the silent killers

There is a menace that is ravaging our world today. This menace knows no age limits. It has no sex boundaries. It kills suddenly, silently and without warning! Little wonder it has been described as the silent killer!

What is this Silent Killer?
In medical parlance this group of destroyers is called cardiovascular disorders. What is commonly referred to as heart attack and stroke. This is major cause of early deaths and reduced life expectancy in our country today. Yet it is clear from scriptures that untimely death is not God's plan for His children. God's plan for us is to walk in sound health all the days of our lives.
"With long life will I satisfy him, and I show him my salvation" Psalm 91:16. However, this plan of Good can only happen when we take responsibility for our health.

Do you intend to marry to obtain man's favor or Divine favor?
When your intention is SOLELY to marry the son/daughter of a senator, the governors or the dangotes', are you not fighting to obtain man's favor?
Understand that marriage was instituted by God and only Him can bless it.. When you marry according to divine instruction, you SURELY will obtain the favor from above..
See! The favor of man does fail but that from God is steadfast.. Indeed! The BLESSING of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow with it!

However, the one recommended here is the same that was recommended to Joshua by God in Joshua 1:8, Still the same in 11 Tim 2:15 and Rom 12:2. Although the procedure is the same, only that this time, you're seeing beyond the vivid lyrics of the song, and thinking upon each line to know the mind of God behind that lyrics.

The cheapest way to acquire a free ticket into the spirit realm where the inspiration for the composition of that song originally came from is through meditation.

The word of God is the facilitator of worship. Without the word, there is no depth in our worship to God. Our depth and height in the atmosphere of worship is guaranteed by the energy of our spirit. When the human spirit is poorly nourished, it suffers break down in the place of worship. No wonder despite our desperate desire to find satisfaction in our worship to God sometimes, we get stuck, mostly around the mind level. Worship is not of the mind, neither is it of this world. It is the language of the spirit and only spirits worship God John 4:23.

GATEWAYS TO SOUND IDEAS

This answers the question in Success Series 111 "But how can we access sound ideas?".

Prayer: In the place of prayers, supernatural ideas flow! "Call to me and I will show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand)" Jeremiah 33:3 Amplified Bible. Robert Schuller once asserted that when you sow a prayer, you reap and idea.
Sound Thinking: "The air is full of idea and they are knocking you in the head all the time!" Henry Ford. Many people think that they think when in actual fact they are not thinking! What they do is to engage in anxiety. Thinking is the deliberate process of working out solutions via the workshop of the mind "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he..." Proverb 23:7. Never leave your mind at neutral, always engage it in productive thinking! Do you know that lemonades came out of lemon on a platter of sound thinking?
Search for it: "Keep on asking and it will be given you, keep on seeking and you will find, keep on knocking (reverently) and (the door) will be opened to you." Mathew 7:7 Amplified Bible. Only searchers are permitted to find. Ideas are available in things around us. It has been well said that the eyes that look are many but that see are few! Research magazines, read great books, travel and observes. Ideas are everywhere waiting for you to catch them.
Fellowship with the Holy Spirit: "There is a spirit in man and the inspiration of the Almighty gives them understanding. "Job 32:8 When you spend time with the Holy Ghost, you gain access into divine wavelenght where supernatural ideas that command human attention are birthed. Spend quality time with the spirit of God by praying in the Holy Ghost daily with expectation to receive from Him
Action! It is action that turns ideas into results. ideas, however lofty they are must be put to work before they can work out! Sound ideas must never be allowed to go on long courtship. They must be married to decisive actions. Make up your mind to take some actions each day towards your idea.

"And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that when ye go, ye shall not go empty." Exodus 3:21

Once favor comes in, man's rigor ends! The favor of God is the difference maker in life. People differ from one another, not in size, colors and achievements but in the measure of the favor upon their lives. You can be gifted and talented and still be stranded in life. "It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy." Romans 9:16 (NIV). Nothing makes the effort of man to count like the favour of God! Except the Lord builds a destiny, the labor of man is in futility. But your lack is supplied to the overflow when favor is at work! In 1 Corinthiams 15:10, Paul the apostle testified of the uncommon favor of God: "But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain: but I labored more abundantly than they all. Yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. The grace of God is synonymous to the favor of God!

I think it’s time to compile some information on Gary Chapman’s Five Love Languages. As I spend time on Personality Cafe, I seem to always stumble upon threads where members are trying to pin down traits as something that “all ISTJs do” or “all sx doms do.” In many of these circumstances, I feel like relationship questions can better be addressed by understanding the Five Love Languages.

Most of us grow up

learning the language of our parents, which becomes our native tongue. Later we may learn additional languages, but usually with much more effort. In the area of love, it’s similar. Your emotional love language and that of your spouse may be as different as Mandarin from English – no matter how hard you try to express love in English, if your spouse only understands Mandarin, you’ll never understand how to love each other.
Seldom do a husband and wife have the same primary love language. We tend to speak our primary love language and become confused when our spouse doesn’t understand what we’re communicating. Once you identify and learn to speak your spouse’s primary love language, you’ll have discovered the key to a long-lasting, loving marriage.

LOVE

The true proof of authentic Christianity is Love. Love is not a feeling, love is a law. Law has no feeling. You can't say "I don't love you anymore". What it simply mean is that there was no love from the beginning. Search your heart, tell yourself the truth. Love does not sympathize, it empathizes. Love is not words, love is an act-action. Talk is cheap. Love is no talk, love is not cheap. It cannot be bought nor sold. An enduring love is that which cannot be quenched. It is not flamboyant. It doesn't act to be noticed. Any love that has a reason is not love.

FELLOWSHIP

Fellowship determines influence, association determines destination. There is extreme power in the place of extreme fellowship. Fellowship which in "Greek is Koinonia, means communion, joint participation", It is the deepest and greatest kind of partnership. Having a union where different parts fit together properly and function well together. It makes way for success, prosperity, fruitfulness in companies, institutions and organizations.

Surely you will live and live long, and live forever (1 peter 1:4-5) but it's up to you to...

While you are living, help others choose life and not help them end it.

There is no human being that is beyond redemption. Have faith in you, have faith in God. Even though a silver is lost, it does not loose it's...

Life slips by too fast and it's best not to spend a lot of time waiting for things to happen. You have to...

Instead of waiting to make all the money you want to make before starting that project, why not...

Instead of waiting for a job to come by, go search for one or better still create one.

Instead of waiting for him/her to be the first to say that four letter word, why not say it, mean it, act it, make it a decision...just

Lying next to her was the bread winner of the family - a 7 year old hawking in order to afford the daily bread for her blind mom and herself in almost unrecognizable look. Everyone around her couldn't fight the tears from falling.

Dumb Boy: (repeated blabbing and rapid hand movement) He witnessed the whole incidence from afar off and was struggling to tell the tale. No one understood his sign even though he kept at it, trembling in shock. Some minutes later, a junior student showed up and said he beckoning on his younger brother who was playing behind the buses that was engulfed by the explosion but now, he is no more.

I'm sure you know that success cannot hide itself, neither does it come by wishes. Success has no preference. It has no favorite skin color, state of origin; rather success takes the skin color of any who dares to pay the price! Success does not select people it; it's people that select success. "Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and for wonders in Isreal from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion" (Isaiah 8:18).
Everyone that carries God has the capacity to succeed. As a light of the world, you are designed to command attention anywhere you are. It is not a gift but a result that answers to the operation of the Iron law of life - the Law of Cause and Effect, you have to make it happen. It obeys the law of sowing and reaping and requires effort.

But why then do many believers fail today?
They refuse to realize that Salvation is only a platform to succeed but does not guarantee automatic success, it only gives you an edge to succeed. Success obeys a law therefore all that obey the law succeed, that's what proves your journey ends in good success.

What then are these success factors?

A Burning Desire: All success stories begin with a burning desire resident in the heart of man. Desire is the pacesetter for success. A burning desire is a motivation for action. Have you asked yourself how bad you want success? How much do you want it that you are willing to sacrifice for it? The extent of your achievement in life is determined by the intensity of your desires! Desire breeds hunger. As the rocket propellant is to a rocket engine so is desire to a man. If you so much desire it, you will behave it. A burning desire is reflective in your behaviors and attitudes in life. "One thing have i desired of the Lord, that will i seek after, that i may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple" (Psalms 27:4). "The proof of desire is pursuit"...Dr Mike Murdock. Nothing powers self discipline to attain success like a sense of burning desire.

That is why i know that prayer is conditioned by spirituality and it affects eternity. In an unction-less preacher, the word is dead but a sermon born in the heart reaches the heart. Unction cannot be learned, only earned through prayer. Unction is God's knighthood for the soldier, preacher who preaches has wrestled in prayer and gained victory. Victory is won in the prayer closet. Unction is like dynamite that will pierce and percolate, sweeten and soften, when the hammer of logic and the fire of human zeal fail to open the strong heart.

We established the act that success is the discovery of God's goals for your life and the continuous achievement of same. Jeremiah 29:11 reveals: "For I know the thoughts I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

However, success is NOT a product of luck. Neither is it result of chance. Success results from deliberate acts. Luck and chance cannot be predicted but success in any endeavor of life is predictable. Those who look for success end up locked up in life. Success has to be deliberately prepared for. No one strolls into it by chance. Success is predictable because it responds to certain time tested and proven laws or principles. It's been said that the iron law of life is the law of cause and effect. This law is also called the law of sowing and reaping. it is whatever you sow that you are permitted to reap. Success therefore is an effect it can be caused.

A young boy's love of gospel music may have saved his life.
Earlier this month, police say a man kidnapped then nine-year-old Willie Myrick from his southwest Atlanta driveway. He allegedly drove the boy around for some time before dropping him off unharmed in East Point.
But Willie's actions during those terrifying three hours are inspiring people around the country. Willie says he sang the gospel song Every Praise until the man let him go.
Thursday evening, community leaders held a meeting in Willie's honor, celebrating his happy ending, but also telling other parents and children what to do if this happens to them.
In front of a crowded sanctuary at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Willie recounted the moment he was freed from the car. Willie said while he was singing, the man kept cursing and telling him to shut up before eventually kicking him out.

Love lies at the foundation of the society and permeates unconsciously the thoughts, aspirations and hopes of mankind. The word encounter means to come upon or to meet with. Most literary meaning would say unexpected meeting. No! That’s not the kind of encounter I’m referring to. Every being always have a deep need to see or meet with someone, mostly someone you’ve not seen before, someone greater and mightier than you’ve seen. For most believers this person could be their God. This deep need to see God is what I’m referring to. So you could term it encounter with God.

God’s desire is to bring you into a relationship with him. For you to have a passionate pursuit for Him. Knowing you are in the world and so many thing craves for your attention, at times we even end up giving these things more attention than we give him. Nevertheless he sits waiting for us to come to him.

She often slips into a mood and sometimes like an armed bandit; her ever changing hormones sneaks up on her.
Like an elegant peacock she displays an array of different colors: Blue, yellow, green, red… yet with all those doubts comes her strengths in the face of an adversary.

She draws strength from her dark clouds of doubt; convincing herself over and over again about how right it feels considering her joy deep down in her heart.

Love is not work. So quit making work your loved one and your loved one work.
Work is means of living, but love gives us the strength to live and be able to earn a living. Love is not limited; you are in love today and tomorrow you are not. No! that is not love. If it be love it will last forever. When you love you can't stop loving. Even when you break with the one you love it might seem difficult to start all over but then it's not. You don't give up on love. We all have one heart, and that heart has no limit. Especially when it comes to love, it loves eternally. Don't limit it. Don't ever think you've given so much love or enough love. We all have feelings, sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad but everyone is allowed to love. There's someone that loves you, love yourself to be loved.

Encourage yourself

Many times, the situations and events in your life won’t offer you much encouragement. On top of that, even other people may not have much encouragement to give you.
But that doesn’t mean you have to go without any encouragement. After all, you are perfectly capable of encouraging yourself.
Remind yourself how truly fortunate you are to be able to experience life’s great wonders. Consider all the positive possibilities that are available to you, even on the most difficult days.

Encourage yourself

There is no right person to make us happy "always".
We are set free to find happiness by becoming the right person, the one God created us to be, giving generously allowing others to be real, limited, changeable humans looking good for our joy.

I recall a day I wanted to withdraw cash from an Automated Teller Machine (A. T. M.). At the spot, I saw a queue on a single ATM, while the other one was vacated. I asked why no one was using the other ATM, and I was told it didn't have cash. 'Wisely’, I quickly queued behind the stretch to do as others. Not long after, a guy behind me with a dissatisfied face got fed up of this 'hold-up' and decided to try the deserted ATM. Before our very eyes, Cash popped out for him.
Wisdom jumped on me instantly, showing me why many are on the 'Hold-Up' of life due to conformity! Results should have come many people's way, if not for traditions and opinions they're sticking to.

There comes a time in our lives when we all have to wait; wait for a break through, wait for a miracle, wait for a success, wait for a change. Waiting is not easy, but we just have to wait if we have to wait. It could be waiting for years before you could gain an admission, a job, a promotion to come by, it could be waiting on God for the fruit of the womb, or a life partner. Keep your dream alive while waiting, it might take years, months, hours but even though it tarries, nevertheless it will surely come to pass. Be expectant. "If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will expect till my change comes". I choose to wait!

I was jogging the other day and noticed this man in front of me, about a quarter of a mile away. I could tell he was running a little slower and I thought, "Good, I shall try to catch up with him." I had about a mile to get to my path before taking a detour. So I started to run fast and faster... each and every block... I was gaining on him just a little bit more.

After a few minutes, I was only about a hundred yards behind - again I picked up the pace and pushed myself. You would have thought I was running the last lap of the London Olympic games. I was determined to catch up with him... and finally, I did! I caught up and passed him by. On the inside it felt so good... "Yes, I beat him!" Of course, he didn't even know we were racing! Then I realised that I had so focused on competing with him that I missed my turn. I had gone nearly six blocks past my direction, now I must turn around and go all the way back to my own path.
