It characterizes every human being. It's an emotion that involves strong uncomfortable and emotional response. It has the tendency of leading to increased heart rate and blood pressure. Everything about it speaks more harm than good especially when it is given physiological response other than facial expression and body language. Which means when not controlled, it causes more harm than good. Whether "hasty and sudden anger", "settled and deliberate", or "dispositional" according to psycologists and sociologists, Anger is Anger. The only thing that makes it different is how you manage it. Though it can be towards the correction of wrong behaviours, promotion of social justice, communication of negative sentiment and grieviences, yet it is neither necessary nor a sufficient condition for aggression.
